Refund and Cancellation Policies
Refund and cancellation policies of Panama Diverso Tours & Services:
Cancellation by the tourist:
If the tourist wishes to cancel their reservation, they must notify Panama Diverso Tours & Services with more than 72 hours in advance to receive a full refund of the deposit paid. If the cancellation is made within 72 hours prior to departure, no refund will be made.
In case the tourist decides to leave the tour before the agreed date, no refunds will be made.
If the tourist decides not to attend the daily tour that has been previously paid and scheduled, no refunds will be made.
If the weather conditions are not to the liking of the tourist, no refunds will be made.
If the tourist does not arrive on time at the agreed place and misses the departure, the deposit amount will be retained, which will be cancelled to the driver. The tourist will be helped to reschedule another departure, but a new deposit will be required.
Cancellation by Panama Diverso Tours & Services:
In case "Panama Diverso Tours & Services" cancels the visit of tourists due to a security situation that prevents the tour from being carried out, a full refund of the money paid will be made.
If the tourist must end early due to a medical emergency, a refund will be made for the time not spent on the tour.
It is important to note that any changes or cancellations must be notified immediately to Panama Diverso Tours & Services in order to make the necessary arrangements. In addition, any refund will be made within a maximum period of 15 business days after approval and will be made in the same way as the initial payment was made.
